My broadband company has been a bit awkward recently. My download speeds have been suffering and I have experienced s fair bit of downtime. But rather than be helpful on the phone the broadband company have actually been less than helpful and don’t seem to be doing anything to assist me.
So rather than let them think they are the only fish in the sea I’m going to go hunting for other broadband providers. What I am looking for is a UK based company who offer great customer service and cheap broadband connection. I have been looking through Broadband Genie.co.uk, but am still undecided.
I know it’s a lot to ask but in this economy, you would have thought that some companies are more than willing to go that extra mile to get new customers in and keep existing customers happy. Or am I wishing too hard here?
Also if anyone knows any good mobile broadband providers I would be very happy, there are some deals that have really caught my eye but before diving in I am going to learn the lesson of my current broadband provider and make sure I find out how good a company is before I sign a contract with them.
So, anyone have any recommendations for me?
